Processing Time
All artwork is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped within 7 days after your order is placed.
Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional processing time. Please refer to product descriptions or reach out to us for specific timelines.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for artwork and prints that are 8 x 10 inches or smaller is included.
Packaging
We take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. All pieces are professionally packaged with protective materials, such as brown paper wrap, bubble wrap, corner protectors, and sturdy boxes or tubes.
Larger or framed pieces may require specialized crating or custom packaging. In these cases, additional packaging fees may apply, which will be communicated prior to shipment.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options through trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Upon request, you may receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Domestic orders: 7-10 business days depending on location and shipping option selected.
Delivery & Signature Requirements
All large artwork shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt redelivery or leave instructions for pickup.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We strive for safe delivery, but in the event your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering replacements or refunds where applicable.
For lost shipments, if your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance in tracking your order.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of artwork, all sales are final. However, if your artwork is damaged in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund upon verification of the damage.
