Artist Bio
I’ve always felt most like myself when I’m painting.
While I’m mostly self taught, my aunt was a talented artist and textile designer so I loved studying her brushstrokes growing up. Defining my style has come from years of workshops and experimenting with different mediums. I primarily paint in oils and release my work three times a year in collections but also enjoy mixed media and textile/product design.
In the words of Edgar Payne, “The study of art is a lifetime matter” for me. I find so much joy in learning techniques, finding the perfect composition, or laying on blocks of color.
I decided to start sharing my work in 2023 and now paint as much as I can from my home studio. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina with my husband and our three kids.
